Private Coaching

 Private coaching is offered through individually scheduled coaching sessions.

What they are: 

Opportunities to hone your skills, improve our technique, increase your confidence or train for competition under the guidance of an expert NRR coach. They are not meant as a substitute for adult beginner lessons and are offered individually (1 coach to 1 rower)

Who can take them:

Experienced and beginner adults with current NRR membership and Youth of HS age who have been part of our NRR youth programs. 

When they are held:

Days and times for coaching sessions are subject to approval by NRR coaches and will depend on the demand for equipment

How much do they cost: 

Pricing information can be viewed on RegattaCentral.

 How to schedule:

If you do not have a specific coach in mind, email nrrprograms@gmail.com for a recommendation.

When an agreement has been reached with a coach, follow RegattaCentral procedures to reserve the coaching sessions.
