Individually scheduled coaching sessions.
What they are:
Opportunities to hone your skills, improve our technique, increase your confidence or train for competition under the guidance of an expert NRR coach.
They are not meant as a substitute for adult beginner lessons (ABI)
Offered individually (1 coach to 1 rower)
Who can take them:
Experienced and beginner adults with current NRR membership
Youth of HS age who have been part of our NRR youth programs
When they are held:
Days and times for coaching sessions are subject to approval by NRR coaches and will depend on the demand for equipment
How much do they cost:
Cost for one hour private lesson is $75 which includes a NRR facility fee of $20. This fee allows us to maintain the equipment-shells, oars , launches, engines, radios/megaphones/camera- used by coaches. It also covers fuel for launches

If you do not have a specific coach in mind, email nrrprograms@gmail.com for a recommendation.
When an agreement has been reached with a coach follow regatta central procedures to reserve the coaching sessions.
